Gratiae skin-care experts have set out to set a new standard in age-defying cosmetic products, by creating holistically balanced, organic product that are cruelty free, meaning they are not tested on animals, the product is organic and the packaging is recyclable. Holistically Balanced products enable Gratiae to maintain a focus on the whole plant and the synergistic action of all of the constituents in the plant as created by Nature.
Gratiae set out to create a superior, fast-acting, replenishing eye cream designed specifically for the delicate, sensitive area of the human eye. It claims to combat the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as reduces puffiness and black circles around the eyes. This eye cream contains a newly developed beneficial blend of thermo-mineral water, restorative natural flora, and organic oats and oil, said to re-tone the skin, balance the moisture level, and boost cell renewal.
The product is applied by simply patting the cream onto cleansed skin in soft circular movements until absorbed. The directions say to precede the application with an application of the Replenishing Eye Serum. This product can be purchased as a combo pack with the eye serum. We just don’t understand this. We have never heard of following up an eye cream with an eye serum! This leads us to the cost. This product can be purchased anywhere from Amazon to mall kiosks in high end shopping malls in Las Vegas. How can a product that costs on average of $200 + at a mall kiosk be found on the internet for $25? Beware that many consumers said the sales reps were rude!

Love the fact that this product is certified organic. I made a huge lifestyle change last year and it includes consuming and using only organic products. I feel great, full of energy all the time and my skin looks amazing. i love anything organic and would endorse this prdouct a hundred times over.
This product caused a horrific allergic reaction under my eyes. My left eye was so puffy and itchy that it swelled almost completely shut. I had to make a trip into my dermatologists office who advised me to immediately stop using this product.
Purchased a variety of products including eye serum, cream, etc. for $375! I then found exactly the same products online for a total of less than half this price. Customer serivce was horrible. I called customer service and they told me there were no refunds even though all our products were still brand new and unopened. would not recommend to anybody!
The eye cream is on Amazon.com right now for $26.99. I feel bad for those you who spent more than that. I just switched to Elite Serum and am very happy so far.
Opted for the serum vs. the cream after conducting tons of research on which product works better. The serum really helpsthe skin to feel tighter and firmed. Really helped with fine lines as well. A++ product!
THE REVIEWS ON THE WEB ARE HORRIBLE. I CAN’T FIND ANY GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. SEEMS THAT THIS COMPANY HAS EITHER RIPPED EVERYONE OFF OR PUT SUCH A BITTER IN CUSTOMERS MOUTHS. THEY MUST BE LOOKING FOR ONE TIME CUSTOMERS CAUSE I CAN’T IMAGINE ANYONE WOULD RETURN FOR THE ABUSE A SEOCND TIME.
Overpriced under works…….so disappointed with this purchase. all certified organic ingredients is great, but they don’t work so how great is it really. used the product for 30 days, almost no change whatsoever in overall appearance.
SNAGGED THIS PRODUCT FROM AMAZON FOR A FRACTION OF THE RETAIL COST! CERTIFIED ORGANIC PRODUCT, NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS, AND RECYABLE PACKAGING?! SO 2012! EVERYONE IS GOING GREEN. GREAT CONCEPT, GREAT PRODUCT, WORKS WELL. WOULD RECOMMEND.
I was one of the lucky one’s who was suckered into this product while on a recent trip to Vegas. The sales clerk wasn’t rude, but she did seem somewhat clueless. You would expect high quality sales associates when spending this kind of money on a product. It did produce results, My eyes looked fresher immediately. Nice fragrance, silky soft texture, not drying. All is good!
This company should be reported to the BBB. There products do not work, they are a total sham. You can buy this product anywhere online for hundreds of dollars cheaper than buying direct. If it doesn’t work for you, or you have an allergic reaction you can’t return or exchange the produce for something else. Hard to believe they are still around after all of the negative feedback about them.
This product can be purchased at upscale malls in New York as well. They made me a “deal” for the eye serum plus cream for $200. I did see the immediate results and am impressed as I have used the product for about a week. I couldnt believe prices on Amazon soooo much lower. I will continue to use the product but will purchase from Amazon from now on.

As a certified fitness instructor and overall health freak, I was naturally drawn to a product that is Holistically based and organic and I was ecstatic to find a company that shares so many of my own beliefs about natural products. I purchased both the cream and the serum and I have to say I have had better success than others. The serum use in addition to the cream must be key to the success of the overall package. Everyone around me has noticed my younger, more refined looking eyes! I couldn’t be happier!
Refund? I paid over $200 and I’m finding out it’s avaialable online for 1/4 of hte price? would never purchase again based on that fact.
Rude sales women that talk down to you if you don’t buy their product after they slather it on half your face. I am a 40 year old woman with very sensitive and dry skin, so I’m always hesitant to try new products since I have a tendency to have allergic reactions. These products did not cause any reactions, but they also didn’t produce any results.

I purchased this product on line and was flabbergasted when I opened the package and the container had been opened and the product leaked out, leaving me with 1/2 a container. I immediately started doing more research on this product and learned that I am not th only cusotmer this has happened to!!!! It seems to happen a lot actually. I called up, complained and demanded my money back.

For her, this is a great product, mainly because she suffer from allergies..
Since they used it she sees a lot better, does not suffer from allergies of her skin.
And we are very pleased that we these products through Amazon to get home in the Netherlands. Amazon price far less.
