EyeSerum.com Review by Ronald Gold

Proctor and Gamble’s DDF Bio-Molecular Firming Eye Serum is an eye formula that is intended to reduces dark circles, fine lines and puffiness around the eye area, as well as toning, firming and moisturizing the skin. Its active ingredient is a combination of proteins and peptides and the cream also contains some botanical extracts.  It comes from the long line of DDF skin products, a name that has been a strong brand in skin care for the last decade or so.

The serum is marketed as a 3-in-1 product, said to moisturize, firm and tone the skin, and reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness around the eyes. We do commend DDF on providing a complete list of the included ingredients.  For more information about these ingredients, and a full review on DDF Eye Serum, keep reading.  You may be excited – or let down – to see what people are saying on Amazon.com about DDF Biomolecular firming eye serum.

The main ingredients in this eye serum are, caffeine (which is known to marginally soothe puffiness around the eyes), carrot seed oil (a cheap extract used to balance skin complexion), Echinacea (a natural antiseptic), wheat germ (a moisturizer) and witch hazel, which is ironically enough found in the line of gold skin care products by Venetian Beauty.

Again, although they mention that the active ingredients are a combination of peptides and proteins, no other significant information is available regarding how they actually work to support the product claims.  DDF is a well respected brand as we stated earlier in the review, and the Amazon.com reviews submitted by users of this product are quite solid.

Positives

1. The formulation of each ingredient is explained in detail as to how it works in the product.
2. The ingredients are available and listed and the product is high quality and manufactured in a US laboratory.

Negatives

1. DDF warns not to use if the user has a known reaction to hydroquinone, which is used in skin brightening creams and serums.  Not sure why this is included in the DDF eye serum.
2. There is no suggestion as to when you might see good results.

Great eye serum, but took a long time to get results. It did work, but I will continue my search as I want more of an instant effect.

I have been using this product religiously. It’s done well on my eye area.

By far the best eye serum on the market. This has worked for me for six months. I know there are higher rated eye serums out there but if it aint broke, dont fix it.

I have been using this product for about a month and is still waiting for the result. Hopefully, it won’t take long for me to see the result I will be searching for the best serum’s eye cream. If anybody knows which one will help me the best, please let me know. I am only 30 years old and have really dark circles around the eyes, people think I don’t sleep. It is so bad that I won’t leave the house without makeup.

i like this product. i have tried lots of other eye creams, but this is the only product that i used in which Ii really notice a difference my eyes look refreshed, more awake and i’ve noticed an improvement in my fine lines as well

I’ve been using this product for about 2 weeks. So far, I haven’t noticed any significant improvements. This product does moisturize really well though. I’m going to continue using it. Maybe it needs more time to work.

This is a decent product. It’s not the best that I’ve used, but not the worst. I’m on my 2nd supply and am just now starting to notice some improvements.

I love this eye serum. You use very little, but it keeps the eye area well moisturied throughout the day. I have been using this product for 3 months and what a difference!!! You gotta try it.

Overall, I’m not too impressed with this product. The caffeine does give my eyes a temporary, awakened look, but it’s not long lasting.

fancy name but not a fancy product. a little disappointed in the overall strength of this product. 3 weeks, no results, can’t say I’d by it again

BEST PRODUCT I’VE FOUND AND I’VE TRIED A LOT OF PRODUCTS! HYDRATING, SMOOTHING, LIGHTWEIGHT, NON-GREASY. THE LIST GOES ON. CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT!

  12. Mechelle Pare

unhappy with this product. been using for a month and no significatn changes yet. wouldn’t buy again.

  13. Vanessa

purchased this product the last time i was at sephora. i am really unhappy with it. i should have paid more attention to the ingredients. all of hte ingredients are either gentle or natural and i just dont see good enough results with natural products

  14. No results

This product does nothing for dark circles or under eye puffiness. Very disappointed. This is a very expensive product so to not see results is upsetting.

  15. TATISH

LIGHTWEIGHT FORMULA WHICH IS NICE FOR ANYONE WHO DOESN’T LIKE THICK HEAVY CREAMS THAT SIT ON TOP OF THE SKIN AND SMEAR UNDER MAKEUP. SOMETIMES I FEEL THOUGH THAT THE THICK CREAMS PRODUCT THE BEST RESULTS. THIS IS OK. ID RATE IT A 3.

  16. Cant find the ingredients..

Trying ot find an exact list of ingredients but all i can find on the web is the fact that it contains peptides and DNA precursors. Peptides, are good, but there are high quality peptides and low quality peptides. Even some drug store eye creams have peptides so I’d like to know specifically which ones are in the DDF before purchasing.

Average price is around $80 and all of the review say this product is slow going to see results. So basically at least $160 into it before seeing improvements? Thats a heck of a lot of money for an eye cream.

DDF BioMolecular Firming Eye Serum did imrove my fine lines and wrinkles, somewhat, but didn’t do anything for my dark circles. Dark circles is my biggest problem and I sometimes suffer from under eye puffiness. It’s really hard to find a product that works on dark circles, especially ones that are hereditary.

I have very sensitive and very dry eyes. I have tried so many products that do not penetrate the skin. This product workks better than many I have tried in the past but it still doesnt moisturize like I really need it to in order for my skin to not feel dry. I still use a diffrent cream for moisture.

This is one of those products that you must use for a minimum of 60-90 days before you will see any results. This is certainly not a product you want to purchase on a whim, you really want to do your homework and see if this is the right cream for you prior to buying because most likely, like some of the other consumers have posted here, you will use a whole botle and not see results.

Great product! I’m an esthetician and I’ve tried lots of different products. This one has a nice weightless feel to it and absorbs quickly. I experienced results quickly that some of the others that have commented. I’ve been using the product for about a month and have noticed significant improvements in my overall look and feel. Good value and available at Sephora where I get a discount.
